Meet Jay.

An Unconventional Path to Wellness

We live in an age of giants. Big government, big corporations, big everything — and somewhere in the middle of it all, the individual is trying to carve out a life that actually means something.

When the internet arrived, it felt like a lifeline. A way for ordinary people to build something of their own, on their own terms. And for many, that dream was real — but so was the reality that followed: brutal hours, steep learning curves, and the constant feeling of being at the mercy of systems you never fully controlled.

Even the most carefully built plans can be blindsided by forces beyond your control. Jay knows this firsthand. He launched a home building business in 2005, worked hard, built well — and then watched it unravel when the real estate market collapsed in 2008. It wasn't a failure of vision. It was a reminder that the world doesn't always reward preparation.

An Unexpected Turn

What do you do when the ground shifts beneath you? If you're Jay, you pivot — boldly.

He stepped into the world of wellness, earning certification as a hypnotherapist and then going deeper with Medical Support Hypnosis. He added more tools to his practice over time, including HeartMath — a methodology built around heart-brain coherence, the science of getting your heart and mind working in sync.

It was through this work that Jay encountered something many people have never heard of, yet everyone has: the Vagus Nerve. Long overlooked in mainstream health conversations, the Vagus Nerve plays a central role in how the body and mind communicate, an essential role in healing. When Jay discovered pHix — a product that activates the vagus nerve, optimizing its functioning — the connection was immediate. This was the intersection he had been working toward without knowing it.

A Different Kind of Responsibility

Jay's unconventional journey gave him an unconventional perspective on what it means to take responsibility for your life.

For Jay, responsibility isn't about obligation or grinding through — it's about showing up informed, open-minded, decisive, curious, and willing to act. It's about refusing to settle for a smaller version of yourself. That kind of personal growth doesn't just lead to success. It leads to something more lasting: accomplishment — a life that actually means something.

The Space Between Body and Mind

Taking care of your life means taking care of your health — not as an after-thought, but as a foundation. Through his years in hypnotherapy and medical support work, Jay developed a deep understanding of how powerfully consciousness shapes physical well-being. The two aren't separate. They never were.

pHix lives in that fascinating space where the physical and emotional meet. And the Vagus Nerve? It's the bridge between the two — one of the most important and most underappreciated elements of total health.

Jay invites you to take that bridge seriously. Explore what becomes possible when you give your nervous system the support it deserves.
